All reservations for Sweetgrass Inn are processed through a third-party booking platform (ResNexus). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with both these Terms & Conditions and any applicable terms and policies set by the booking provider.
Sweetgrass Inn does not control the operation of the booking platform and is not responsible for technical issues, system outages, pricing errors, or availability discrepancies related to the third-party booking system.
3. Rates, Payments, and Taxes
Room rates, availability, and applicable taxes or fees are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms, including deposits or full prepayment requirements, are governed by the booking platform and/or the specific rate selected.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the rate or reservation terms selected at the time of booking and may be enforced through the third-party booking platform. Guests are responsible for reviewing these policies carefully before completing a reservation.
Sweetgrass Inn reserves the right to enforce no-show and late cancellation fees as outlined during the booking process.
5. Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Conduct

Guests stay at Sweetgrass Inn at their own risk. Sweetgrass Inn is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during a guest’s stay, except where required by law.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to rooms, furnishings, or property during their stay.
Use of amenities and facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
