Sweetgrass Inn Policies/Terms & Conditions

Please read the policies as it is your responsibility to comply to them. By making a reservation you agree to follow ALL policies, terms and conditions.

Check-in & Check-out

Arrival Times

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase

  • Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. should you be delayed in checking out, please ask your innkeeper if your checkout time may be extended.

Scheduled Deposit

A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 0 days before arrival.

Children & Pets

  • Children are welcome with an accompanying adult

  • Pets are welcome

  • Pets are allowed at Sweetgrass in designated rooms only, with the exception of service dogs which can be in any room without an additional fee. Pets are $50 per stay. Pets or service animals cannot be left unattended.

Reservations

For all reservations made with greater than 48 hours advance, notice we require a deposit of half the amount due at the time of reservation, and with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The Room rate assumes 1 or 2 guests per room. Each additional adult guest: $25.00 per night.

Cancellations

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, or 5 days for holidays or group reservations. Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $25.00 service fee) if within this timeframe. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts, family conflicts, or inclement weather. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com, Travel Guard or Access America

Lost or Stolen Property

The Sweetgrass Inn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your room and/or your car due to theft, fire, or any other unforeseen event/circumstances. Rooms automatically lock. Please be sure to close them completely. If leaving valuables in your car, we recommend you lock all valuables in your car/trunk. If your property is misplaced while you are here and it is found after your departure, we will be more than happy to forward it to you. You may be responsible for any postage/shipping charges that may incur during the return of your property.

Damages or Loss of Property

We reserve the right to charge your on-file credit card for any damages or loss of property (to include missing towels, robes, furniture and/or appliances) that may occur due to your actions or lack of action during your stay.

Breakfast

Full gourmet made to order breakfast is included. Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. A cold breakfast can be earlier or later with prior arrangement. We can accommodate any dietary requests or restrictions if they are noted at time of reservation.

Rates

All rates are based upon double occupancy. There is a $25 fee for each additional guest available in most rooms.

All rates include a full gourmet breakfast. One breakfast selection per person. Additional breakfast requests and sides are priced accordingly. Breakfast delivery to your room can be arranged in advance and for an additional fee of $15 per room.
