Arrivals outside
of the normal check in time can be prearranged.
If I know you plan to arrive BEFORE 3:00, I'll be sure
your room is prepared 1st and will be back from grocery shopping in time to greet you and check you in. If you need
a later arrival, no problem, will be sure to not rent your room out to a last minute weary traveler! Just let me
know, I would be happy to accommodate you!
Please, NO pets!
Although we love animals, we simply do not have the facilities (inside or outside) for
guests to bring them. I now charge an additional $150 a night for animals that are smuggled in. We
have a dog and there are cats on the property and in my home but they are NOT allowed in the rooms nor the common area.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy.
Many B&Bs do not allow smoking on the property; however, it is allowed ONLY
if away from other guests, open windows, rooms and breakfast area. There is an additional $150 daily charge for
smoke in the rooms. Our smoke detectors are overly sensitive and are interconnected. When the cover is removed from
one or when one goes off, the alarm is sounded in ALL the rooms. (Yep, found this out by accident)
Payment due upon
arrival (if not paid in advance).
Since I devote my
morning to cooking and serving breakfast, I complete the check in upon arrival. When you are ready to
check-out, all you will need to do is close the door, leave your key in the door and head on to your next destination!
Acceptable payments.
We accept ACTUAL CASH, MasterCard, VISA, checks sent over 30 days in advance. We are in the process
of adding PayPal to our accetable payments.
Regarding
the rates & cancellation policy. . .

Rates do not include tax.

Cancellation fee of $25 applied if cancelled less than 2 weeks.

Full room rate applies for last minute cancellations or failure to cancel (within 48 hours).
Third person in room - Two rooms
(Wild Rose and Rose of Sharon) will accommodate a third person, rate is $25 more per night for the third person. Rooms
do not accommodate four or more people.
Children - The
Wild Rose and Rose of Sharon each have a queen bed and a twin daybed so we can place one child in these two
rooms only. In the event of a family reunion taking over Sweetgrass, children can be placed in any of the rooms.
2 night minimum Memorial Day weekend - September.
If there is availability, I will do last minute
1-night stay within three nights of the requested night.
DEPOSITS
When a group reserves
4 or more rooms, 25% is due at time of reservation - CHECK only.
First two weeks in August - 100% is due at time of reservation - CHECK only.
